This camera is one of the best I have had in my life, it gives me excellent quality day and night, the price is incomparable next to the benefits that it offers me, do not hesitate to buy it, with this camera I have access to see my daughter while I'm at work, I can call through the camera to do her homework, and she even has an alarm that I use to alert her to something 😊

I loved these cameras but can’t get any support. Maybe you can explain
1) does your cameras pick up animals?
2). Under motion detection setting - what does ALARM INTERVALS MEAN?
3) Under power saving - what does SHOOTING INTERVALS MEAN?
Dont you wish that recording times could be longer than 1 minute — if someone comes on my property - the recording stops recording before the person reaches the door

I love my camera. It has a very crisp and clear image. The battery life is awesome. I would definitely and already have recommended this to friends and family.
Recently purchased a PT Battery-Powered Security Camera from Amazon, when I received the camera the battery did not have a charge so I tried numerous times to charge the battery and still the battery would not charge. also I've sent multiple emails to support and the only response I've received in response to my emails was that they had been received and for me to be patient and wait...... That's was two days ago.
Hi,please check the following things:
1. Do not charge the camera in the environment below 0℃。It is recommended to stay the camera indoor for half an hour before charging.
2. please kindly try to use other charging cords to charge. (they are regular micro USB cable,the charging cord for charging the Android phone could charge this cameraCharge with the 5V/2A or 1A power adapter and align the USB icon to insert the USB port.

I'm having the same issue. I've charged to charge the camera with multiple chargers and have had it inside for the 30 minutes that was recommended in the last reply but it still doesn't work. When it's plugged in the camera flashes with red and blue lights. I've also tried to reset the camera with the reset button on the device and still no luck. Can you please help? Does this need to be returned for a new replacement device?
