Motion Detection Notifications
I am having multiple issues with two different cameras. I am not receiving motion detection notifications unless I leave the message service resident option on the CloudEdge application. This drains my batter quickly on my phone and leaves the application running constantly.
My question is does this feature need to be turned on to receive notifications for motion detection?
Also, is there another way to get support for camera/application issues? I have been trying to get these cameras working correctly for over a month. The only support I have found is through email and the responses are days apart and I still do not have a solution. There has to be a more efficient and effective way of providing support.
